The Southern Africa People's Assembly

We affirm that each of us has lawfully submitted our Declaration of Statutory Birth to the CLC, testifying that we were physically delivered by our mothers, drew our first independent breath, and came into existence as living men or living women under natural law. Simultaneously—and without our knowledge or consent—a separate legal fiction was created under statutory authority.

The Common Law Court provides a remedy for living men and living women across Southern Africa who have realised they were seen as legally dead, a legal fiction, a corporation, a dead entity and a slave with no voice in the corrupt government system and their courts.

The Creator of All and His Laws are above man

The CREATOR of All is always above and greater than that which He creates.

There are few ways out of bondage. Bloodshed and war often result, but our founding fathers learned of a better way. Realizing that a CREATOR is always above and greater than that which He creates, they established a three-vote system by which an informed citizenry can control those acting in the name of the government.

To be a good master you must always remember the true chain of command in this nation:

1. GOD created man . . .

2. Man (that’s you) created the Constitution . . .

3. Constitution created government . . .

4. Government created corporations, etc.

The base of power was to remain in WE THE PEOPLE but unfortunately, it was lost to those leaders acting in the name of the government, such as politicians, bureaucrats, judges, lawyers, etc. As a result, Africa began to function like a democracy instead of a REPUBLIC. A democracy is dangerous because it is a one-vote system as opposed to a Republic, which is a three-vote system:

Three votes to check tyranny, not just one. Africa's citizens have not been informed of their other two votes. Our first vote is at the polls on election-day when we pick those who are to represent us in the seats of government. But what can be done if those elected officials just don’t perform as promised or expected?

Well, the second two votes are the most effective means by which the common people of any nation on earth have even had in controlling those appointed to serve them in government. The second vote comes when you serve on a Grand Jury. Before anyone can be brought to trial for a capital or infamous crime by those acting in the name of the government, permission must be obtained from people serving on the Grand Jury!

The Minneapolis Star and Tribune, March 27, 1987, edition noted a purpose of the grand Jury in this way “A Grand Jury’s purpose is to protect the public from an overzealous prosecutor.”

The third is the most powerful vote: this is when you are acting as a jury member during a courtroom trial. At this point, “the buck stops” with you! It is in this setting that each JUROR has MORE POWER than the President, all of Parliament, and all of the judges combined! Parliament can legislate (make law), the President or some other bureaucrat can make an order or issue regulations, and judges may instruct or make a decision, but no JUROR can ever be punished for voting “Not Guilty!”

Any juror can, with impunity, choose to disregard the instructions of any judge or attorney in rendering his vote. If only one JUROR should vote “Not Guilty” for any reason, there is no conviction and no punishment at the end of the trial. Thus, those acting in the name of government must come before the common man to get permission to enforce law. As a JUROR in a trial setting, when it comes to your individual vote of innocent or guilty, you are truly answerable to GOD ALMIGHTY alone.

Do not misuse your gifts. Conform your mind and speech. Your Inner conversation’s manifest. Test it. Use your mind and speech wisely. Whoever will say to this mountain, be removed and cast into the sea - it will be done. It will take care of itself in spite of the lack of evidence. Whatever the problem is you can say, be removed be cast into the sea – it will be done for you. Assume that it is done. Your reason denies it, your senses denies it – but if you believe – it will be done for you. We will never know how it is done – but it will be done. Never give it power again with your inner conversations and speech.

Declaration of we the People

The website and service provided by The Common Law Court Southern Africa exists in cyberspace. It has no contract or connection with any government. Its purpose is to protect the inalienable rights of Living Men and Women.
All Common Law Documents are based on what is known as Gods Law, Natural Law, the Creators Law, Universal Law, the Law of the Land and Common Law principles and are therefore the highest lawful documents.
The website primarily exists to allow Living Men and Women to have physical evidence that they are Living and not Dead or lost at sea.
The website also exists as a public display site of Common Law Court orders.
Properly convened Common Law Courts consist of a jury of peers. The orders that are made from these courts are unimpeachable and cannot be challenged or interfered with by any statutory court. The only permissible challenge would be if evidence was withheld in the original process and/or jury tampering was proven.
Statutory courts are properly warned that any interference, failure to recognise or abide by any properly convened Common Law Court orders may be a denial of Common Law rights and a Common Law crime against the people.
All Living Men and Women are born free with automatic and inalienable rights which protect them from harm, loss or injury from others.
Governments and states have for a considerable amount of time imposed slavery upon Living Men and Women and worse this has been deliberately hidden by fraudulent deceptions of authority and jurisdiction.
Living Men and Women are deceived in many forms notwithstanding the unlawful conversion of live birth documents into a maritime law registration of birth certificates process. This creates a dead entity, a trading entity of the Living Man or Woman. Under maritime law the Living Man or Woman is now regarded as lost at sea, and the only record of their existence now is the legal fiction which is a company that the government or state, which is also a company, will now fraudulently deal with. The reason this is a fraud is because a new born baby cannot enter into a contract and therefore full disclosure never existed which is fraud with no time limits.
Governments and states deceive living men and women into believing they have authority and jurisdiction over them, and when challenged use violence and imprisonment and hence slavery as compliance vehicles
Governments and states have for the same considerable amount of time used this deception to commit attacks, injustices, killings, robberies, theft, unlawful imprisonment upon Living Men and Women. They have perpetrated endless wars, and sent Living Men and Women to kill other innocent Living Men and Women deceiving them yet again that they had the authority and jurisdiction to force them into war.
It is the declaration of Common Law Court Southern Africa that once Living Men and Women are aware of unlawful conversion and the fraud and deception that come with this, that they can have a lawful remedy through this website.
The lawful remedy is obtaining evidence through a Living Man Living Woman number that they are living and therefore not lost at sea, and by reclaiming the Unlawful Conversion the Legal Fiction the government or state defrauded them with.
Living Men and Women having obtained lawful remedy can now evidentially prove that they have no contract with any government or state and now they will never under any conditions be brought under mandatory rule by legal statute.
Living men and women can right a wrong by a properly convened Common Law Court and may post the orders of the court on the Common Law Court Southern Africa's website.
This declaration although recorded on this website is made under Gods Law, Natural Law, Common Law, the Creators Law, the Law of the Land and Universal Law, and as such it is sent into the Universe where it will stand for eternity.
