Why do we encourage people to join the Common Law Court?

Koos Malan, professor of public law at University Pretoria, joins Chris Hattingh to discuss his book - 'There is no Supreme Constitution: A Critique of Statist-individualist Constitutionalism'.  Buy the book on Amazon: https://amzn.to/3c9gYbr

This week, you can listen to the first episode of a three-part series with constitutional law expert and writer Professor Koos Malan. This episode focuses on the extent to which courts in South Africa are part and parcel of the ruling elite and the degree to which South African courts have become caught up in what can be described as "transformationism."

This week, you can listen to the second episode of a three-part series with constitutional law expert and writer Professor Koos Malan. We discuss the extent to which the South African Constitution has already changed and is currently changing, as opposed to the concerns that people have about potential future changes. We talk about what this means for society at large, the deterioration of public society in South Africa, and the various opportunities within this problem.

This week, you can listen to the third episode of a three-part series with constitutional law expert and writer Professor Koos Malan. We discuss how the current dispensation in South Africa is under extreme pressure, how Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) is impacting the nation, the wishful thinking of the masses, and other factors indicating that the centralized government has failed.

Koos Malan is a professor in law at Pretoria University, he teaches in constitutional law. He explains why the South African constitution is a failure.

MF CEO David Ansara and Head of Policy Martin van Staden speak with Professor Koos Malan about the collapse of constitutionalism in South Africa. Malan explains how the Constitution has been quietly transformed, not through amendment but through ideological capture by the ruling elite. They explore how the courts have become tools of a transformationist agenda, defending power over principle, and what South Africans must do to reclaim justice, freedom, and a truly lawful society.

Anthea Jeffery of the Institute of Race Relations exposes how the ANC’s push for expropriation without compensation is part of a broader ideological agenda rooted in the National Democratic Revolution (NDR), a plan to erode private property rights and centralise state control. In this interview, she explains how the Expropriation Act allows for land and other property to be seized with little or no compensation.

100s of hectares and buildings are in line for the Ekurhuleni Municipality's plan to use Expropriation without Compensation to fund low cost housing in the heart of the East Rand.  This video explains the true agenda being rolled out in Boksburg.
