This document is not about fear. It is about love, care, and peace of mind. Completing this planner is a gift to your loved ones: a way to make difficult moments easier, and to give guidance when you cannot. 

How to use this planner: 

Work through it slowly. 

Take breaks as needed. 

Feel free to delete the pages that aren’t relevant to you. 

Print and store in a safe, accessible location.

We recommend using a flip file or a lever arch file to keep all the pages together. Tell someone you trust where to find it. Update it once a year or after major life changes. You may wish to include additional documents like your will, insurance policies, or letters to loved ones. Leave blank pages or file pockets between sections as needed.
