Declaration of True Status to all Legal Fictions

We are a Religious Assembly created by God as Men and Women. We are united as ONE assembly of people, but each individual takes full accountability for their actions in their personal private capacities. 

We are living, breathing, flesh and blood Men and Women. We are known as members of The Common Law Court Southern Africa Ministries protected by our Constitutional Religious Protections, Divine Universal Rights, and English Common Law Land and Soil. The Men and Women are living on the earth, each domiciled at a PO Box Address [non domestic].  

As clearly stated in the Holy Bible (KJV) Genesis Chapter 1:26-28 God, Our creator has created us and commanded that we are master and sovereign over our lives on this earth. God has given us dominion over our lives and over every ‘creeping thing and every ‘living thing’ that ‘creepeth’ upon the earth. 

According to Holy Bible (KJV) Genesis Chapter 1:26-28 He has done this for each and every Man that he has created. Therefore, all man[kind], the principle(s), officer(s), employee(s) and agent(s) of any and all legal fictions, companies, organizations, and corporations, including but not limited to the CROWN CORPORATION of the CITY OF LONDON are herein and hereon advised and notified that: 

1) We are Free Men created by God. Pursuant to God’s word and command we have the right to be master of over our own lives on the earth. You are to address our individual members as’ Master (Last Name) henceforth in all spoken and written communication, letters and documents – anything else to the contrary notwithstanding.

2) It is clear to us that Charles III of the House of Windsor, and The King of the United Kingdom did on the 6th May 2023 take oath to protect the law(s) of God in his televised coronation (which was clear for all to see and witness). The Men, created as male or female acting as Archbishop of Canterbury, Pope Francis and members of parliament have also taken similar oaths. All their agents, officers and principals (including but not limited to you) are bound by these oaths to act pursuant to and protect God’s Law and keep God’s Peace.

3) It is clear to our Assembly that The King of United Kingdom, Charles III, Sovereign Man of the House of Windsor who did in his televised coronation, on the 6th May 2023 take oath to protect the law(s) of God is not the same [BEING] as ‘HIS MAJESTY IN RITE [RIGHT] OF UNITED KINGDOM’, which it is clear is a CROWN CORPORATION of the [Inner] CITY OF LONDON CORPORATION, an independent nation state. As a corporation, THE CROWN requires contracts to operate and contracts require willful consent.  Our living men and women are not an employee of any such named/titled corporations.

4)  it is our Assembly’s and unequivocal intent to keep God’s Law/Peace and to assist the King of United Kingdom in keeping his oath and his Peace. We have been created to live in love, harmony and peace with each other. Any and all serious breaches of Gods Law and/or Common law, which are not given remedy via the KINGS BENCH Division of the High Court can and must be reported to Sir Clive Alderton who holds the Court office of Private Secretary to the King. It is his duty to ensure that the King’s coronation oath(s) is kept in honor and upstanding.

5) you are all individually and collectively bound to honor and keep: God’s word, God’s Law, Gods Peace (as clearly stated in The Holy Bible Genesis 1: 26-28) and the oath that the King of United Kingdom took at his coronation forthwith and forevermore. 

6) you are all individually and collectively duty bound to fully support and assist our Assembly of Churchmen to keep Gods Law and keep Gods Peace in thought, in mind, in spirit, in matter and in Law herein, hereon, henceforth and forevermore.

7) you are all individually and collectively to STOP AND DESIST from any and all; thoughts, beliefs, acts, moves, attempts to cause harm to our card holding member’s mind, body, spirit, interests, properties, assets and/or dominions as commanded/established by God (Genesis 1: 26-28) forthwith and forevermore.

8) you are all individually and collectively to STOP AND DESIST from any and all; thoughts, beliefs, acts, actions, moves and/or attempts to pirate, privateer, persecute and /or prosecute our card holding members, free Men created by God. If any agent of the BRITISH CROWN knowing and/or unknowing do so, you are acting contrary to Gods Law as clearly expressed, for all to clearly see in The Holy Bible Genesis 1:26-28. You will have breached God’s will, his command and his peace. Furthermore, you will have acted contrary to the King of The United Kingdom’s oath and potentially breached his Peace, leaving you potentially liable for Lawsuit in your Private capacity. 

9) we herein and hereby revoke any and all implied right of access, you may think and/or believe you have to our private properties and the land that our Card holding members are currently living on. Therefore, if you or them come unto our private lands without our prior written permission than you & your agents will be ‘trespassing’ on private property. STOP and DESIST from any and all transgressions and trespassing immediately. The only exception to this will be if you or them are acting to preserve and protect Gods Peace and Gods Law. 

10) to have any ill will, frivolity, vexation, pirating, soliciting, privateering, persecution and/or prosecuting knowingly or unknowingly against a sovereign man created by God is dishonouring Gods; will, word, command, Law and Peace. We do not and will not give consent to any such offers and/or errors to do so. They will be returned to you ‘No Consent/No Contract’ within 72 hours of receipt. You have been advised and notified. Govern yourself accordingly henceforth and forever.

11) any and all signatures, agreements, and/or contracts that may have been made with you, your principle(s), officer(s) and/or agent(s) were made without full discloser to our members, especially if and when you, your principle(s), officers and/or agent(s) had constructed, construed, written and/ or executed them under seal or as a deed, which therefore required no ‘consideration’ on your part -as this material fact was not disclosed to our Religious Assembly at that time they are VOID AB INITIO. The record is NUNC PRO TUNC.

 Furthermore, be advised and take note that:

a) if you, your principle(s), officer(s) and/or agent(s) wish to ignore, dispute and/or contest any and/or all of the aforementioned points, you will be acting contrary to God’s Law and thus be in dishonour. Therefore, we put you and them on STRICT NOTICE to demonstrate in writing to our Assembly (within 10 days of the date of this Public Notice) for all to clearly see what authority you claim that is above GOD and which allows you to breach his command, his Peace and bring his LAW into disrepute and dishonor. 

b) Pope Francis has ‘removed’ immunity from prosecution for all public servants/ officers and agents in his first Apostolic letter established on the 11th July 2013, promulgated on the 13th August 2013 and effective in Law from the 13th September 2013. Private prosecutions for breaches are now possible for all corporate officers/agents/employees individually or collectively. You have been advised and notified. Govern yourself accordingly or face persecution in the local Judicial District Court.

c) if you choose to act contrary to GOD’s law as per Genesis 1:26-28 you, your principle(s), officer(s) and/or your agent(s) will be individually and/or collectively prosecuted in the court(s) of competent and correct jurisdiction. In this case the Kings Bench Division of the High Court, highest Papal Courts of the Holy See and/or the Vatican state. Furthermore, Sir Clive Alderton who holds the Court office of Private Secretary to – The King of United Kingdom, Charles III of the House of Windsor will be notified of your breaches of Common Law, which he has taken oath to defend.

This we decide and establish, anything to the contrary notwithstanding. We establish that this Public Notice issued Motu Proprio will be promulgated by its publication on the internet website www.commonlawcourt.co.za an official affiliate of the Common Law Court Southern Africa Community entering into force on twenty third day of the month of May 2026, two thousand and twenty six.

The Common Law Court operate on principles of the Law of God, Creator of All’s Law, Natural Law, Common Law Land and Soil Jurisdiction and Universal Law and provide a platform for individuals to seek lawful remedies outside the statutory court system.

Where land and property is recorded under Common Law, any claims that were previously attached to the title would be void under the statutory process. The Common Law Court reserves the right for a man, a woman or the individual in control, to raise a claim against the title. Any claims made against a title will have to be verified by a jury of the Common Law Court before being attached.

Overview of Common Law Courts

Article 235 of the 1994 South African Constitution. The right of communities within our borders to exercise self-determination through lawful community authority and not from imposed structures.

Common law courts are established to safeguard the inherent rights of individuals under common law principles. They are designed to provide a lawful remedy for grievances that may not be adequately addressed by statutory courts. The Common Law Court operates on the premise that all men and women have the right to convene their own courts and seek justice through a jury trial process.
